5. Data accuracy
We work to verify business and contact information, but public and professional information changes. We do not guarantee that every field remains correct or available at all times. If you identify an error, use the correction channel in the Privacy Center.
6. Contact data is not consent
Revealing email, phone, or WhatsApp information does not constitute the data subject’s consent to receive marketing. You are responsible for the law applying to your outreach, permitted contact times, do-not-contact registers, and any consent or lawful basis required.
7. Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Prohibited uses include unlawful spam, harassment, fraud, database resale, targeting minors, sensitive-trait targeting, or unlawful use in high-impact decisions.
ArabData’s interactive assistant is optional and answers general product and plan questions. When you submit a message, its content and limited context are sent to Google Gemini for a response. Google may use free-tier requests and responses to improve its services or review them under its terms. Do not send personal information, secrets or payment details. Use is subject to our Privacy Policy; the assistant has no permission to view company records, reveal contacts, or change lists or credits.
8. Ownership and license
ArabData retains rights in its software, taxonomy, structure, compilation, branding, and protected materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and revealed data for your lawful internal business purposes, subject to plan limits and policies.
9. No resale or database replication
You may not sell, license, republish, or distribute ArabData or a substantial portion of it as a database, or use automated access or exports to reconstruct a competing database, unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Billing, activation, and refunds
Payments are processed through PayPal as a payment processor and payment method. ArabData Ltd is the operator and seller of the service. Payments are completed via PayPal payment links for the selected plan and billing interval.
Subscription activation is not immediate upon payment; payment receipt is verified before activating the subscription and adding plan credits to your workspace. Activation is typically completed within 2 hours and may take up to 12 hours.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of the paid billing period. You may renew your subscription manually by purchasing a new period.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the ArabData Cancellation & Refund Policy. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting info@arabdata.net with your order reference. Unfulfilled/pre-activation orders and verified duplicate charges are eligible for refund. Mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law cannot be waived.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or restricted for unlawful use, security risk, material abuse, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without an absolute guarantee that data or service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory statutory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Changes and contact
