1. Permitted business uses
ArabData may be used for lawful B2B research, qualification, business development, sales, partnerships, market research, and professional outreach consistent with applicable law and the individual’s professional context.
2. Contact availability is not consent
An Email, Phone, or WhatsApp channel in ArabData does not mean consent to marketing. You must establish a lawful basis and obtain consent where the jurisdiction or channel requires it.
3. Marketing and communications compliance
- Honor Do-Not-Call / Do-Not-Contact registers and mandatory suppression lists.
- Observe permitted contact hours and local licensing or registration requirements.
- Clearly identify the sender and do not impersonate a person, number, or company.
- Provide a practical opt-out and honor it promptly.
- Do not use WhatsApp, calling, or email for unlawful spam, deception, harassment, or channel-policy violations.
4. Prohibited uses
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or social engineering.
- Harassment, threats, or unlawful surveillance/stalking.
- Targeting minors or intentionally collecting their data.
- Targeting or profiling based on health, race, religion, politics, sexual life, genetic/biometric data, or other sensitive traits.
- Unlawful use as a determinative factor in credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other high-impact decisions.
- Reselling, republishing, or distributing the ArabData database as a standalone data product.
- Bypassing rate limits, security controls, or authorization boundaries.
5. Exports and sharing
Exports may be used internally for permitted purposes. CSV or list functionality does not convert a limited-use license into a right to resell or republish data.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate abuse and restrict or suspend accounts where there is a reasonable basis to believe a material violation occurred, subject to law and contract. We may retain necessary evidence for security or compliance purposes.
